URGENT – Japan has started dumping water into the sea from the Fukushima-1 NPP due to the filling of tanks

👥 On August 22 , 2023 , the Japanese government held the sixth meeting of the Interagency Council for the Continuous Implementation of the Basic Policy on Purified Water Management, at which it was decided to start discharging ALPS water into the sea through an underwater tunnel 1 kilometer from the shore and the nuclear power plant.

🏢 The Japanese company TEPCO, responsible for the maintenance of the nuclear power plant, apologized for the situation in its press release:

💭”TEPCO deeply apologizes for the great burden and inconvenience caused to the residents of Fukushima and the entire society as a result of the accident at the TEPCO Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant.”

⚡️ The Communists released a cartoon to condemn Japan’s dumping of Fukushima’s nuclear-contaminated water into the sea.
