Kansas Sues Pfizer For ‘Deceiving’ Public About ‘Serious Adverse Events’ of Covid Vaccine

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach announced Monday that the state is suing Big Pharma giant Pfizer for “deceiving” Kansas residents about the safety and efficacy of its COVID-19 mRNA vaccine.

During a press conference in Topeka, Kobach detailed the allegations lodged against Pfizer, including allegations that Pfizer misled Kansans about the vaccine’s disastrous side effects, including miscarriages, cancer, cardiac arrests and myocarditis.

“Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth,” said Kobach.

The release also alleges that “Pfizer coordinated with social media officials to censor speech critical of COVID vaccines and declined to participate in the federal government’s vaccine development program, Operation Warp Speed, to avoid government oversight.” Watch:

The complaint, lodged Monday in Thomas County District Court, accuses Pfizer of intentionally covering up known risks associated with the vaccine, including harm to pregnant women and the high risk of myocarditis.

The lawsuit further alleges that Pfizer falsely claimed its vaccine was effective in mitigating against COVID variants, despite evidence to the contrary.

Pfizer is also accused of suggesting its vaccine prevented COVID-19 transmission despite admitting it had no evidence of this false claim because the Big Pharma giant had not studied whether its vaccine halted transmission. GWP report:

The State of Kansas outlines several damning allegations in the suit:

2. Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was safe even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine was connected to serious adverse events, including myocarditis and pericarditis, failed pregnancies, and deaths. Pfizer concealed this critical safety information from the public.

1. Pfizer misled the public that it had a “safe and effective” COVID-19 vaccine.

4. Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine would prevent transmission of COVID-19 even though it knew it never studied the effect of its vaccine on transmission of COVID-19.

5. To keep the public from learning the truth, Pfizer worked to censor speech on social media that questioned Pfizer’s claims about its COVID-19 vaccine.

6. Pfizer’s misrepresentations of a “safe and effective” vaccine resulted in record company revenue of approximately $75 billion from COVID-19 vaccine sales in just two years.

3. Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was effective even though it knew its COVID19 vaccine waned over time and did not protect against COVID-19 variants. Pfizer concealed this critical effectiveness information from the public.

7. Pfizer’s actions and statements relating to its COVID-19 vaccine violated previous consent judgments with the State of Kansas.

8. Pfizer’s actions and statements relating to its COVID-19 vaccine violated the Kansas Consumer Protection Act, K.S.A. 50-623 et seq., regardless of whether any individual consumer ultimately received Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine.

9. Pfizer must be held accountable for falsely representing the benefits of its COVID19 vaccine while concealing and suppressing the truth about its vaccine’s safety risks, waning effectiveness, and inability to prevent transmission.

• Nattokinase2000 fibrin units (100 milligrams) orally twice a day without food. Breaks down the spike protein.

• Bromelain500 milligrams orally once a day without food. Also breaks down the spike protein.

• Curcumin500 milligrams orally twice a day (nano, liposomal, or with piperine additive suggested). Blocks the spike protein and prevents it from doing further damage.

Dr. McCullough recommends taking this treatment triad for at least three months for anyone suffering from or worried about post-COVID or post-vaccine syndromes.

Nattokinasebromelain, and curcumin are available over the counter at just about any health food store or pharmacy. But for best-in-class nattokinase, Dr. McCullough recommends Spike Support Formula, which also contains dandelion rootselenium, and a host of other promising ingredients that can help protect you and your family from the prolonged effects of spike proteins.

• Nattokinase (dissolves spike protein)

• Selenium (aids in helping the body repair itself and recover)

• Dandelion root (acts as a detoxifying agent supporting better liver function)

• Black sativa extract (may facilitate cellular repair)

• Green tea extract (provides added defenses at the cellular level through scavenging for free radicals)

• Irish sea moss (could help rebuild damaged tissue and muscle)

Bromelain: 500 milligrams orally once a day
