Mobile World Congress Demos Live Microchip Implants For Bank Payments

BY PNW STAFF MARCH 13, 2019

he buzz around microchip implants was ratcheted up a notch recently with a demonstration at the World Mobile Congress in Barcelona where a man volunteered to to have a chip inserted under his skin, and another showed off how to make payments using his chip insert.
One of the volunteers, Edgar Pons said he decided to have an RFID chip implanted under his skin because it contained credentials to open the door to his house.
Reuters quoted him, saying; “It is super, for me, very useful, because I have an automatic house.”
As Pons was undergoing the procedure, Alex Rodriguez Vitello, a physicist, engineer, curator and explorer at Barcelona-based technology company Alpha, said;
“The chip is the size of a grain of sand or two and it’s covered in a material that is biocompatible so our body doesn’t degrade it over time.”
During the presentation at the MWC 2019 — organized by Spanish bank Sabadell, a man named Pau who had already been fitted with a chip, made a payment by placing his smartphone over the skin covering the chip.
“What we have been seeing now is what the future of payments could be,” said Anna Puigoriol, a financial services manager at Sabadell.
This chip implant is the same technology that allows you to use Apple Pay or Samsung Pay at more technologically inclined outlets today. Banks are considering its deployment but are proceeding cautiously due to privacy and tech concerns.
At one time, the idea that large numbers of people would willingly allow themselves to have microchips implanted into their hands seemed a bit crazy, but now it has become a reality.
Thousands of tech enthusiasts all across Europe have already had microchips implanted, and now a Swedish company is working with very large global employers to implement this on the corporate level.
In fact, Biohax recently told one of the biggest newspapers in the UK that they have been talking with a “major financial services firm” that has  “hundreds of thousands of employees”…
Biohax, a Swedish company that provides human chip implants, told the Telegraph it was in talks with a number of UK legal and financial firms to implant staff with the devices.
One prospective client, which cannot be named, is a major financial services firm with “hundreds of thousands of employees.”

For security-obsessed corporations, this sort of technology can appear to have a lot of upside.  If all of your employees are chipped, you will always know where they are, and you will always know who has access to sensitive areas or sensitive information.

According to a top official from Biohax, the procedure to implant a chip takes “about two seconds”, and it is usually implanted in the hand…
A syringe is used to place the chip in an area between the thumb and forefinger, according to the report. Osterlund said the procedure is similar to ear piercing and takes “about two seconds.” The microchips operate via “near field communication” technology, similar to what is used by no-contact bank cards.
“In a company with 200,000 employees, you can offer this as an opt-in,” Osterlund told the Telegraph.
Right now, many companies use security badges, and I once worked in a building that required a security badge.
But security badges can be lost, stolen or forged.  Theoretically, microchip implants are much more permanent and much more secure, and that is one of the big selling points.  The following is what the chief medical officer of Biohax recently told Fox News…
“The chip implant is a secure way of ensuring that a person’s digital identity is linked to their physical identity. It enables access management in a way that protects individual self-sovereignty and allows users to control the privacy of their online activity,” Dr. Stewart Southey, the Chief Medical Officer at Biohax International, told Fox News.
Of course once this technology starts to be implemented, there will be some workers that will object.
But if it comes down to a choice between getting the implant or losing their jobs, how many workers do you think will choose to become unemployed?
Yes, there will be some that will sacrifice their jobs.  Personally, I will never let anyone put a chip in me.  But just like with so many other things, most of the population will simply choose to accept the “new technology”.
Sadly, the mainstream media is now openly telling us that this is coming.  For example, the following is an excerpt from a recent Fox News article entitled “Are you ready for a chip implant?”…
You walk into a grocery store and pick up eggs. No smartphone? No problem. You swipe your hand across a reader, and the amount is deducted from your bank account.
If that sounds far-fetched, you obviously haven’t been to Sweden recently, where thousands of people have reportedly had chips implanted in their bodies for riding the train.
And not too long ago, the NBC affiliate in Tampa profiled a mother that desperately wants to implant a microchip into her disabled child for safety reasons…
For Steffany Rodroguez-Neely, life is busier than ever. The Bay Area mother-of-three has her hands full 24-hours a day. The ages of her children run the gamut from newborn to teenager. While this Lutz mom prides herself in being an attentive, active, dedicated mother, she’s also a realist. She knows an emergency can happen in a matter of seconds, even to the best of parents.
When Steffany saw the recent tragedy in Pasco County where a toddler wandered into a pond and drowned, her heart was broken. As she talks about it, she shakes her head sadly, closes her eyes and sighs. “It was awful, so sad. You know, good parents have bad things happen,” Steffany told WFLA.
They always like to use the children to make us feel guilty.
The narrative will be that if you are against implantable microchips then you are against child safety and you are a bad person.  By now, you have seen how this works on issue after issue.  There won’t be any talk about the potential tyranny that government-issued identity microchips could unleash.  Instead, all of the talk will be about the “potential benefits” and about how this will make things so much safer “for the children”.
We truly do live in apocalyptic times, and many of us can see where all of this is leading.  Unfortunately, we can complain all that we want but the agenda just keeps moving forward.
Not too long ago, a Wisconsin-based company called Three Square Market began implanting microchips in their employees “on a voluntary basis”.  In the aftermath of that decision, USA Today published an article entitled “You will get chipped — eventually”.  Here are a few lines from that article…
You will get chipped. It’s just a matter of time.
In the aftermath of a Wisconsin firm embedding microchips in employees last week to ditch company badges and corporate logons, the Internet has entered into full-throated debate.
Can you see the psychological tricks that they are using on us?
They want you to believe that it is inevitable and that everyone around you will eventually give in and get chipped.
If this sounds like something you have read in the Book of Revelation you are correct. The Book of Revelation warns that during the Tribulation every person will be required to accept a mark which will signify worship of a one world leader and be necessary for commerce:  “And the second beast required all people small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark — the name of the beast or the number of its name. Here is a call for wisdom: Let the one who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man, and that number is six hundred sixty-six”. Revelation 13:16-18
Most Christians recognize that current chip implants are not the actual “mark of the beast”, yet there is concern that acceptance of such technology is conditioning people for when the real one does come along.
What often starts off as voluntary can just as easily become mandatory and whereas tech itself may be neutral, in the hands of the wrong person it could be extremely dangerous.  Imagine the technology of today in the hands of Hitler.
Christians have long debated the meaning of the “mark of the beast”.  Our generation, however, appears to be the first to have the technology to fulfill this prophecy.
Soon, you may have to answer the question: ‘would you get chipped’? (Click to Source)

Scientist Believes the Human Microchip Will Become “Not Optional”

1-16

In the virtual realm, software programs are now capable of watching us in real time, going so far as to make predictions about our future behaviors and sending alerts to the appropriate monitoring station depending on how a computer algorithm flags your activities. That is in and of itself a scary proposition.

What may be even scarier, however, is what’s happening in the physical realm. According to researches working on human-embedded microchips it’s only a matter of time before these systems achieve widespread acceptance.

“Chances are you’re carrying a couple of RFID microchips now. And if you are, they’re sending out a 15-digit number that identifies you. That number can be picked up by what’s called an ISO compliant scanner. And they’re everywhere, too. […]

“It’s not possible to interact with society in a meaningful way by not having a mobile phone. I think human implants are likely to go along a very similar route. It would be such a disadvantage to not have the implant that it essentially becomes not optional.”

Your initial reaction to this idea may be one of disbelief. There’s no way society would accept such a device. Why would anyone want to implant this in their body?

Consider for a moment where we are right now. For decades Americans rejected the notion that they would submit to being tracked or recorded.

Yet, just about every American now carries a mobile phone. They’re so prevalent, in fact, that many consider it a “right,” prompting the government to actually provide subsidies to those who can’t afford one on their own.

Embedded in every one of those phones is an RFID chip that can track our every movement via GPS or cell tower triangulation. Moreover, those microphones and cameras that come standard on every phone can be remotely activated by law enforcement surveillance systems, a capability that has existed since the early 2000′s.

But as intrusive as these devices are, they are accepted as the norm by billions of people world wide. Not only that, but no one had to “force” them on us. We are, it seems, the masters of our own enslavement. And we pay top dollar to have the best tracking device money can buy!

Granted, one can simply disconnect from “the grid” by throwing away their cell phone. But, the direction these new monitoring technologies are moving coupled with continued government expansion of surveillance suggests that microchip RFID technology will eventually be non-voluntary.

Michael Snyder of The Truth Wins asks What will you do when you can no longer buy or sell without submitting to biometric identification?

“This technology is going to keep spreading, and it is going to become harder and harder to avoid it. And it is easy to imagine what a tyrannical government could do with this kind of technology. If it wanted to, it could use it to literally track the movements and behavior of everyone. […]

“And one day, this kind of technology will likely be so pervasive that you won’t be able to open a bank account, get a credit card or even buy anything without having either your hand or your face scanned first.”

It’s difficult to imagine a populace that will freely submit to such digital bondage. But as has been the case with the degradation of personal privacy and rights in America, be assured it won’t simply become law over night.

First, the technologies will need to be generally accepted by society. It’ll start with real-time consumer based products like Google Glass.

The older generations may reject it, but in a couple of years you can bet that tens of millions of kids, teens and younger adults will be roaming the streets while sporting cool shades, interactive web surfing and the capability to record everything around them and upload it to the internet instantly.

Next, as we’re already seeing from early adopters, RFID chips will be voluntarily implanted under our skin for everything from access to high security buildings to grocery store purchases.

Eventually, once the concept is generally accepted by the majority, it will become our new “social security number.” (Click to Source)

Researchers Develop Microscopic RFID Chip to Embed in Human Cells

The smallest chip the team has developed so far measures 22 microns—about a fifth the thickness of a human hair—which they plan to test reading with a specialized RFID interrogator.

One physical limitation that RFID technology has faced as it has been adopted in most vertical markets is chip size. Although chips have become smaller (they can now be inserted into a tag the size of a grain of rice, for instance), that is still too large for some applications.

Researchers at Stanford University are now several phases into a development project to create a passive, 60 GHz RFID transponder that is small enough to be inserted into a human body’s cell. Thus far, the group has been able to scale the chip and antenna down to about 22 microns (0.0009 inch) wide—one fifth the diameter of an average human hair—which is small enough that it could be inserted inside a cell, and thus be readthroughout a person’s body. The chip, in fact, has been inserted into a mouse melanoma cell. RFID could also be placed within a mass of cells, such as a tumor.

The group has designed a specialized RFID reader to transmit to—and receive responses from—a tag that small. Researchers call this miniaturized tag and associated specialized reader a promising step toward continuous, real-time monitoring of activities at cellular levels. (Click to Site)

Wisconsin Company Celebrates ‘Microchipping’ Employees with ‘Chip Party’

Wisconsin – Three Square Market celebrated implanting microchips in their employees Tuesday with a ‘chip party’.

The RFID chip will allow people to log into computers, open doors and purchase snacks from vending machines. CREEPY. The company claims that the chips do not have GPS tracking capability. Sure…

WBay reports:

Three Square Market has received international attention since it announced the voluntary microchip program, believed to be the first of its kind in the United States.

The microchip program is voluntary. If willing, employees allow the company to implant a Radio-Frequency Identification chip between the thumb and forefinger.

The RFID chip will open doors, log in to computers, and make purchases from vending machines. The technology is similar to mobile pay services like Apple Pay and Google Wallet.

Three Square Market assures employees that they will not be able to track them because the chip does not have GPS. Data on the microchip is encrypted.

The company says the chip is FDA approved. It is removed “similar to a splinter.”

A reporter from our Milwaukee partner station WISN is covering the “chip party.” Tim Elliott had a chip implanted and tweeted that it “hurt a bit … like a mean pinch.” (Click to Site)

Will you take the RFID chip? Tech Giant Says Brain Chips are Inevitable and They’re Coming Fast, Within Ten Years

brain-engineering-696x552

Brain chips, micro-computing, RFID chips, microchips, smart phones, and virtual reality all of this is leading to something, and according to Brain Johnson of Kernel and the founder of Braintree, the next phase of this “something” is placing technology inside the human brain.

Rapidly approaching the Human race is a decision, and in large part, that decision will be based on this question, do we place technology inside of our bodies? In 2007, many news outlets cried conspiracy at the fact that the RFID chip would be placed within people, and as of today, several thousand people across the globe have begun embedding RFID chips into their bodies.

A recent interview on Wired.com with Bryan Johnson, the founder of Braintree and CEO of Kernel, proves that within as little as ten years, people will have altered their brains.

There are several key quotes from Bryan, out of those here are two really important notes;

-Humans currently reign supreme on planet Earth, because we are the most powerful form of intelligence. So therefore, we decide who we eat, who we have as pets, who we allow to go extinct, who is saved, who is neutered, who can reproduce. We are currently developing a new form of intelligence in the form of AI that is increasingly capable, whether it’s conscious or not. For humans to be relevant in a matter of decades there is no choice other than to unlock our brains and intervene in our cognitive evolution. If you try to imagine a world where we are happy 30, 40, 50 years from now, there is no version of that future where we have not been able to figure out how to read and write our neural code. The mark of the beast (666) – What is it?

666-The-Mark-Of-The-Beast-RFID-Chips-For-Every-Man-Woman-and-Child-On-Earth1

The mark of the beast is found in Revelation 13:16-18: “Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name. This calls for wisdom: let the one who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man, and his number is 666” (Also in Revelation 14:9, 11; 15:2; 16:2; 19:20; 20:4.). What is this mark and why is it important? Several things can be stated.

It is clear from Revelation 13 that this mark will be the work of a false prophet called the second beast (Revelation 13:11-15). This evil leader will enforce all people to receive a mark on the right hand or forehead that will be used in all commercial transactions. Without it, no financial purchases or sales can be made.

The identification of the number is 666. This number is called “the number of a man,” but the identification of this man is uncertain. Many see a connection between this leader and Nero, whose name can be associated with the number 666 through adding the units of numerical value in his name. While the association with a governing leader may be true, similar to how American dollars include the image of a past president’s face, the identity of the individual is unknown. It is likely this mark of the beast will include an image of a global leader and an associated string of numbers not unlike those used on modern currencies. The differences will include that it will be a mark required on each person’s body and that it will be required for all transactions.

It is important to understand the timing of this activity. The mark of the beast will come about sometime during the seven-year tribulation period that follows the rapture of believers from the earth (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18). Since this is the case, no Christian needs to fear whether he or she is accidentally taking the mark of the beast by using some type of modern technology. The use of the Internet, a credit card, or other digital transaction system is not the mark of the beast.

This prophecy should induce a sense of urgency to share the Gospel message and live holy lives at the present moment. Why? Modern technology could certainly allow for the adoption of an identification system similar to the mark of the beast in today’s world. What seemed impossible a century ago could take place in the near future with the rapid spread of communications devices and digital technology.

We must admit that some details are yet unknown regarding the mark of the beast. Some see the development of a global currency as part of the process leading to this mark, yet global transactions already take place despite the wide variety of currencies in use. Others believe a particular type of technology will be used, such as a RFID chip implanted within the skin, but the prophecy does not specify this detail.

The mark of the beast will mark an important fulfillment of prophecy during the terrible judgments of the last days. However, those living today are called to read this prophecy and choose to follow Jesus today, knowing that heaven awaits those who believe in Him (John 3:16) while judgment awaits those who reject God’s Son.
