Torah Commentary – Vayigash He Approached

Torah Commentary
Vayigash He Approached
Genesis 44:18-47:27
Ezekiel 37:15-28
Acts 7:9-16

Abhorrent? Why is That?

The moment finally arrives and Joseph can no longer contain himself. I, for one, hope someone has a camera on the faces of the brothers when the words, “I am Yosef” finally sunk in. I think you could have knocked them over with the proverbial feather. The brothers probably felt mixed emotions like joy, relief, anxiety, fear, and a few others all at the same time. When the dust of emotions settled, fear may have been the one closest to the surface.

The first order of business in Joseph’s mind is to get his father to Egypt. You have to wonder if it ever occurred to Joseph if instead of Yaakov coming to him, he should have left Egypt and gone to Yaakov. I doubt the words Yah had spoken to his Grandfather regarding the family going to a foreign land ever came to his mind. Just as today, prophecy happens whether we perceive it or not.

Yosef sends the boys back with more material goods than they have seen for some time. He also sends them with one instruction, “Don’t quarrel among yourselves as you’re traveling.” Did he know his brothers or what? He may have been away from them for a number of years, but he had already seen that some things in their lives had not changed. Could it also be that The One who is prophesied in the life of Joseph was also sending a message which was to be taken to heart by a bunch of brothers in the future who are still known to do a bit of quarreling?

So this brings us to an interesting question. Just how do we put an end to quarreling? Stop quarreling! That was easy! Just as it takes two to tango, it also takes two to quarrel. A quarrel in which only one person shows up and is quarreling with themselves is basically a man or woman yelling at nothing. Who gets lead off in the funny white coat in that one?

The next instruction Yosef gives is regarding their meeting with Pharaoh. He tells the family to tell him they are shepherds. His motive in this is to keep some distance between his family and the life of Egypt he has had to deal with. In this, we see some great insights.

First it shows us that though Yosef may have looked like, talked like, and maybe even acted like an Egyptian on the outside, inside he was pure Hebrew through and through. He had not allowed the culture of Egypt to corrupt him. What an incredible pattern of Messiah we have here.

The question has to be asked of just why shepherds were abhorrent to the Egyptians. After all, it was a shepherd that had made them the most prosperous and powerful nation on the earth in their day. The answer lies in the heart of a shepherd and how that heart is diametrically opposed to Egypt. A shepherd never thinks about himself first. His first thoughts are always the safety and comfort of the sheep in his care.Through thick and thin, his first priority is the sheep. He is even willing to give his life if need be to protect his sheep. Egypt on the other hand is all about self and self preservation. It is a ‘me’ culture which is convicted to the very root just by the sight of the heart of a shepherd.

Today our culture is waging the same war. It is the Egyptian/Roman/European/American/Western ‘me’ culture. The very thought that someone should put someone else first in our modern society is treated like a plague.

What should our response be to this Torah portion? First of all, don’t quarrel on our journey back home. Second, let us imitate The Shepherd who gave Himself as a ransom for many and if people think that is strange and want to put us in quarantine somewhere, so be it. We choose to live for Him and for others, and not for ourselves. (Click to Article)

The 9-11, 9-23, 11-11 – Riddle Within A Riddle

Obama is the enemy of the State of Israel and the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. This country will suffer from his treachery!

Just a note of interest that Netanyahu and Obama met on 11-9 or a reverse 9-11 – and possibly a huge deception and betrayal of Israel is now in the works. One of the items up for discussion is the DIVISION OF JERUSALEM and Israel and of course the creation of a Palestinian state.
Then of course we have the riddle within a riddle within a riddle called the 9-11, 9-23 and the 11-11 mystery.

While 11-11 did have an event, most people would never have realized it, it was just another day, business as usual. That is if you were not in the way of a huge storm complex that covered half of the nation, sort of like telling the Americans that A HUGE STORM WAS COMING.
And then of course we had the false flag event on 9-13 in Paris, and the resulting clamp down on freedom in the name of “national security”, and then we had our leaders telling us on Fox News and others that such a clamp down here was most likely what would happen if such an event occurred here (already planned by the elite, of course),  that is, the martial law (by any other name), take-down of America, also in the name of national security. And the stupid Americans sits there twiddling their thumbs, oblivious to the deceptions now coming. Indeed, we would have healed Babylon but she would not be. (Click to Article)

Torah Commentary- Vayetze (He went out)- His God Too

Torah Commentary
Vayetze (He went out)
Genesis 28:10-32:3
Hosea 12:13-14:9
John 1:43-51

His God Too

Yaakov’s life has been one of testing from before he could remember. He did not choose this war, but from his mother’s womb, he has been thrust into it. He now breaks free of his brother’s grasp and heads out on his own to make a life for himself. Life from now on is going to be a bed of roses. Well, maybe not. The trials are only beginning.

Yaakov leaves the house of his father and mother and begins to walk. We are not told why he walked in the direction he did and the truth is, he probably did not know why himself. Yaakov is no doubt exhausted mentally and physically from the events of the preceding days and finds a comfortable rock to lay his head on. It is there he will see the Heavens opened and begin to understand his true calling in life. He is to be the one whom the covenant given to his father and grandfather will continue through.

Yaakov is not unfamiliar with the word covenant. He has heard this word from his earliest memories sitting on his Grandfather Abraham’s lap. His Father Isaac also made sure the story was forever ingrained in his memory. Now this God of Abraham and Isaac is wanting to enter into covenant with him. Yaakov decides it is time to put this God of his fathers to the test. Sure, he knows He can take care of his fathers, but can He take care of Yaakov? That is still a question.

Now, for most of us, seeing a ladder to Heaven with angels going up and down, we probably would have given in right away. Yaakov, on the other hand, decides to put this God to the test.  Yaakov names the place Beit-El, (House of God) then does something really gutsy.  Yaakov looks to the heavens and ushers a challenge to this God of his fathers. He tells Him that if He will go with him on on his journey, provide him bread, water and a safe return, He will be able to be known not only as the God of Abraham and Isaac, but will then be known as the God of Abraham, Isaac and Yaakov. By the way, I just love this guy for this one!

As a side note. Notice there is no record of Yah getting nervous here. It is not even recorded that he says a word. I personally feel He sat back in His throne a bit and gave a bit of a smile to the angels around Him.

Yaakov heads out onto a journey which I call his “Crisis of Faith.” He will begin his trial with a relative named Laban. Through Laban he will learn some lessons about faith in Yah. He will deal with trickery, deception, a barren wife and even some speckled goats. All the while, Elohim is showing Himself as faithful to Yaakov.

We end this Torah portion with Yaakov leaving Laban behind and heading back to Beit-El. He will still have a trial awaiting him just over the horizon, but at this point it appears Elohim is going to pass the challenge.

So what can we learn from this Torah portion which will help us in our own walk?

Each of us, just like Yaakov, come into this world and are at some time challenged with what god we will serve in life. We read the stories of covenants given to people who lived thousands of years ago. We can look to the heavens and see His glorious work.  At some time we must come face to face with a decision of whether we will also enter into that covenant. He must go from the God of our fore-fathers and fore-mothers to being our God. Many of us who have entered this covenant understand this. Many of us can recount our own version of a “Crisis of Faith” just the same as Yaakov was be able to do.

What about our children though? Are we sheltering them from their own “Crisis of Faith?” Are we, in an attempt to protect them from the “Evil of the World” also sheltering them from making HaShem their God?

Yah was up the the challenge regarding Yaakov. I believe His desire is to prove Himself mighty to each of us. To do this there are times He needs to take us to places we are not comfortable with. All the while though he is working all things together for good, because He is able to see past our challenge and to a love that is just waiting to break forth toward Him. A love which will make our desire to walk in the covenant of our forefathers. (Click to Site)

On a weekly basis we hear the term unity in our churches and congregations. It is a subject spoken of, but is it truly lived out?
Going back to the time before Yeshua walked this earth, the Hebrews established a weekly Torah portion reading. Today this schedule goes from Genesis to Deuteronomy in one year. No matter where you travel in the world the same scriptures are being read and taught from. We understand the spiritual power of unity, which is why we join our faith with synagogues, congregations and churches that are choosing to follow this schedule. Our weekly readings include a reading from the prophets as well as the Renewed Covenant, (New Testament). Each week as you read, imagine that the same scriptures are being declared in most every country and time zone around the world.

State Bullies 305,000 Parents To Give Kids Controversial Vaccine

There is Not One Useful Vaccine. All Vaccines Are Harmful!

The state of Indiana sent parents of children and teens a letter urging the use of a controversial vaccine for a sexually transmitted disease, and the action has upset more than a few parents.

At least 305,000 families may have received letters pressuring them to get their children inoculated with the Human Papillomavirus or HPV vaccine.

“Vaccination is the best way to prevent HPV infection and associated cancers that present later in life,” a copy of the letter obtained by The Fort Wayne Journal Gazette stated. “According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, American Academy of Pediatrics, American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College of Physicians, all children, 11 and older, should get vaccinated. By vaccinating at this age, preteens will be protected before any exposure to the virus occurs.” (Click to Article)

The Mark of the Beast is right around the corner!

Did you know that the United Nations intends to have biometric identification cards in the hands of every single man, woman and child on the entire planet by the year 2030?  And did you know that a central database in Geneva, Switzerland will be collecting data from many of these cards?  Previously, I have written about the 17 new “Global Goals” that the UN launched at the end of September.  Even after writing several articles about these new Global Goals, I still don’t think that most of my readers really grasp how insidious they actually are.  This new agenda truly is a template for a “New World Order”, and if you dig into the sub-points for these new Global Goals you find some very alarming things.

DHS: States’ Refusal to Implement REAL ID Could Ground Residents

The Mark of The Beast is Coming!

Starting next year, residents of four states plus American Samoa may be unable to use their driver’s licenses as identification for boarding an airplane or entering certain federal buildings if the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) gets it way.

Under the current schedule, beginning January 1 DHS plans to require U.S. residents wishing to fly commercially to present identification compliant with the 2005 REAL ID Act. That law mandates that state driver’s licenses and other ID cards link identifying details about a person, such as name, address, birth date, photograph, and signature, with a unique identification number. Americans without such a card would be prohibited from flying and entering certain federal buildings — and that’s just the beginning. The law does not restrict the ability of the DHS to add further technological requirements, such as RFID chips, or to expand the number of activities that Americans must present a REAL ID to engage in. Globalist Documents Reveal America to Lose WW III Along With 90% of Its Population

The Georgia Guidestones declares that humanity will be reduced by 90%. To do that, a devastating world war will be needed and the world’s march toward depopulation will begin right here in the United States. The means for this devastating destruction will be the result of losing World War III. Following America’s devastating defeat, what is left of American society will be garrisoned and divided into 11 mega cities in a style befitting of the Hunger Games movie trilogy. Documents have emerged which clearly supports these assertions.

Most court cases are decided by circumstantial evidence, alone. Both circumstantial and direct evidence demonstrate that the United States is destined to lose World War III along with 90% of its people. There are two smoking guns which conclusively support this assertion.

  1. The emergence of the mega-cities concept which will replace our present societal structure. In this post-war America, 90% of the people are unaccounted for.
  2. The release of the CIA controlled Deagel documents which demonstrates that both the US and the UK lose most of their military before 2025. As is the case for the mega-cities concept, the Deagel documents demonstrate that the United States will have lost 90% of its people by the year 2025.

The remainder of this article will expose the links between the Deagel and the Mega-Cities plan, known as America 2050. (Click to Article)

Tells Values Voter Summit: ‘A prophetic day requires a prophetic people’

America is inviting God’s judgment on itself just as ancient Israel did, according to Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, author of several books and inspiration behind the “Isaiah 9:10 Judgment” movie.

The Bible teacher and bestselling author delivered this warning on the main stage at the 2015 Values Voter Summit in Washington, D.C. Saturday afternoon. He began by reminding the audience ancient Israel was founded by God and consecrated to God, but eventually turned away from God.

“They began driving him out of their lives, out of their culture,” Cahn declared. “They called their sins good and they called what was good evil.”

The Israelites ignored prophets’ warnings to turn back to God, and soon they were wiped off the face of the Earth.

Many years later, according to Cahn, there was another civilization dedicated to the glory and purposes of God – the United States of America, founded to be “a city on a hill.” Cahn said the U.S. became the most blessed nation on Earth, but now it is following the same path ancient Israel trod before its fall.

“As did ancient Israel, we have also driven God out of the culture, out of our public square, out of our schools, out of our courts, out of the lives of our children,” the rabbi declared. ( Click to Article )

Millions Of Jews Have Begun Searching For The Messiah, Atonement

At sundown, we begin Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. This is the highest holy day on the Jewish calendar, and one of great Biblical and historic and cultural importance to my people.

I so wish I was home with Lynn and our sons in Israel tonight. Instead, I am in the U.S. speaking at a number of events, from Dallas to San Luis Obispo to Washington, D.C. to Toronto. I am speaking about the darkness that is falling in our world. But I am also explaining to people about a fascinating phenomenon that I’m observing.

Since last Yom Kippur, millions of Jews have begun a quest to find the Messiah. For reasons I cannot fully explain, Jews are suddenly searching for answers to the deepest and most important questions concerning life and death and God and atonement and eternity, in numbers unprecedented in history. Some are searching through the Hebrew Scriptures for answers.

A stunning number are actually reading the New Testament, most for the first time. They are searching on Google for information about the Messiah. They are even watching a new series of videos by Jews who claim to have found the answers. The videos — some of which have gone viral — were produced and posted on a new website called ( Click to Article )

Sunday Bun – The Strongman

The Strong Man:

Before the Nephilim Mounds 3 conference last week I had a very troubling dream which, as it turns out, was prophetic.  In the dream I found myself in a room and in front of me was a very large man, as large as the Hulk, and his chest and arms were bare.  He was huge and he said this to me, I’m going to rip you in pieces.

I tried to fight him but was overcome and then I awakened and was troubled.  The Spirit of the Living God spoke to me and said, You cannot fight this in the flesh, only in the spirit. I lay in bed and wondered what had just happened….. now I know.

The strongman came at us with both barrels and our lives have been a train wreck since the conference.  We have been praying against the strongman and asked Father to send His angels to war against this intruder.

The reason why I share this experience is because it is a battle report and a teachable moment for all of us who may have not gone through something like this.

There can be strongholds in our lives or the lives of our loved ones.  These entities can attach themselves through the use of drugs, occult practices, sexual improprieties or a host of other doorways, that if not checked can lead to chaos in a person’s life and the life of other family members as well.
