According to Reuters and other international outlets, hundreds of mostly Shiite demonstrators stormed toward the U.S. Consulate on Mai Kolachi Road, chanting anti-American and anti-Israel slogans. Local government spokesperson Sukhdev Assardas Hemnani stated that consulate security personnel opened fire after the outer wall was breached. Between 25 and 34 individuals were injured in the clashes.

In Lahore, hundreds gathered outside the U.S. Consulate, with minor clashes reported. In Islamabad, roads leading to the diplomatic enclave were blocked as police used tear gas to disperse crowds attempting to march toward the U.S. Embassy.
