Isn’t it obvious by now that the seditious mischief roiling Minneapolis is something more than organic protest? What we are watching bears all the hallmarks of a demonstration project—a rehearsal for a broader, coordinated destabilization effort aimed not merely at Immigration and Customs Enforcement, but at the United States itself.
This is not difficult to see. And yet the Democratic Party appears either as a willing accomplice—or a captive, much like Patty Hearst during her infamous entanglement with the Symbionese Liberation Army. Whether hostage or collaborator, the effect is the same: chaos, paralysis, and moral inversion.

The organizational backbone of the current ICE-Out riots is well established. At the center stands Neville Roy Singham, now based in Shanghai, who has financed a constellation of activist groups including the Party for Socialism and Liberation, The People’s Forum, Code Pink, and associated funding vehicles. These same networks underwrote the George Floyd riots of 2020 and the pro-Hamas disturbances of 2024.
Singham’s background is not incidental. His father was a Third World revolutionary academic; his mother a Cuban Marxist. After selling his tech company ThoughtWorks for hundreds of millions, Singham devoted himself openly to “dismantling capitalism” and opposing the United States—while living comfortably inside the Chinese Communist Party sphere of influence. If one were scripting a Bond villain, this would be the template.
Minnesota’s Curious Role
Then there is Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, who reportedly visited China dozens of times earlier in his career—often with expenses covered by CCP-linked programs. What precisely was cultivated during those trips remains an open question, but Minnesotans may soon find answers as investigations widen.
The Minneapolis unrest also coincides with a rapidly expanding scandal involving alleged Somali-linked social services fraud siphoning billions from taxpayers—money that appears to have flowed into Democratic Party channels. Distraction, as ever, is a revolutionary’s best friend.

Coordination, Not Coincidence
Organization matters. The Minneapolis riots are reportedly coordinated through encrypted Signal chat groups such as “MN ICE-Watch,” administered by political operatives tied to Walz’s orbit. The rapid-response mobilizations following the shootings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti were not spontaneous—they were dispatched.
When local law enforcement is ordered to stand down, and elected officials function as riot enablers, one must ask whether negligence has crossed into complicity.
The Bigger Strategy
Zoom out, and the pattern clarifies. The objective of the Singham–CCP axis aligns neatly with Democratic Party ambitions: mass illegal migration to reshape the electorate, statehood for D.C. and Puerto Rico to lock in Senate control, court-packing, and a permanent wealth-transfer regime enforced by ideological conformity. This is not conjecture—it has been openly advocated.
It sounds fantastical only because Americans have been conditioned to underestimate malice when it wears activist slogans.

What Can Be Done—Without the Insurrection Act?
Calls for President Donald Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act are understandable—but likely premature. Such a move would hand adversaries the optics they crave.
There are alternatives. Federal deputization of local police. Asset seizures targeting the funding NGOs. Disruption of encrypted coordination networks. Swift arrests of repeat agitators. Consequences, plainly applied.
No more riot stipends. No more subsidized logistics. No more plausible deniability.
Conclusion
Minneapolis is not about immigration enforcement. It is about power—who holds it, and whether the American republic intends to keep it. Engineered chaos thrives only where authority refuses to assert itself.
History shows that republics rarely fall in one dramatic moment. They erode—until someone decides to stop the erosion.
Whether that decision is made now will determine far more than the fate of one city.
