Unusual aerial activity has reportedly increased along the Chesapeake Bay and closer to land—coinciding with a broader wave of unexplained drone incursions across the U.S. East Coast between late 2024 and early 2025.

Those drone swarms, described by residents and military observers as “car-sized,” silent, and highly maneuverable, appeared to concentrate around sensitive military installations and even private property belonging to Donald Trump. To this day, their true origin remains disputed.
