County Attorney Ann Brumbaugh confirmed that more than 130 tabulator tapes from the 2020 election were not properly signed by poll managers and witnesses as required by Georgia law.
“We do not dispute that the tapes were not signed. It was a violation of the rule,” Brumbaugh stated.
Under Georgia election regulations, each tabulator tape must be printed, checked, and signed by a poll manager and two witnesses at the beginning and end of each voting day.
