Newly released logs and video footage now paint a far more troubling picture: coordinated drone-like objects breaching U.S. military airspace, pursuing law enforcement aircraft, and performing maneuvers impossible for conventional jets.

On November 22, 2024, a National Police Air Service (NPAS) EC135 helicopter was tracking unknown craft over RAF Lakenheath—a major U.S. Air Force hub in England—when multiple objects reportedly closed in at high speed. According to Suffolk Police logs obtained through FOIA, the crew described being “targeted” by two fast-moving drones capable of matching their 165-knot dive.
“They had to perform an emergency dive,” one log recorded. “The drones… pursued them for several minutes out of the area.”
A witness observing from the ground described some of the objects as “tic-tacs”—matching the same shape and behavior seen in the famous 2004 Navy encounter.
Despite this clear documentation, the incident was later written off by the UK Airprox Board as a misidentified U.S. F-15 Eagle. But the helicopter’s own 30-minute infrared video, reviewed by a UK military insider, contains no such references.
“In the entire recording, nobody mentions F-15s,” the source told the Daily Mail. “They only talk about the drones… mirroring the helicopter’s movements.”
