Newly leaked documents show that Prince Andrew lied about cutting ties with Jeffrey Epstein, contradicting his infamous BBC “train-crash” interview and reigniting calls for the Duke of York to be stripped of his titles.
Emails reveal that Andrew wrote to Epstein on February 28, 2011, stating they were “in this together” and suggesting they would “play some more soon,” directly after the widely circulated “silver bullet” photo of Andrew with Virginia Giuffre surfaced. This confirms ongoing contact with the convicted sex offender despite his public claims of severing ties in December 2010.
Royal insiders tell GB News the revelations have left the palace “exasperated,” frustrated at the seeming lack of further sanctions they can apply to Andrew. One aide told The Sun, “There is exasperation and frustration at new revelations and that there is nothing much more that can be done. Everything that can be done has been.”
Charlotte Griffiths, reporting for the Daily Mail, emphasizes the stakes for King Charles: “‘Charles wants to rule with the heart, but has to rule with the head.’ The Royal Family must cut off Prince Andrew permanently to avoid appearing weak or complicit.” She notes that options under consideration include stripping Andrew of his Duke of York title, barring him from Royal Lodge, and removing access to exclusive royal activities such as shooting on palace estates.
The £12 million settlement previously paid to Giuffre now appears futile in light of these new disclosures, highlighting a continuing pattern of deception and poor judgment by Andrew. As public scrutiny intensifies, Buckingham Palace faces mounting pressure to act decisively and restore credibility to the monarchy.
With these latest emails, the message is clear: the Royal Family cannot turn a blind eye, and King Charles’ next moves will signal whether the monarchy is willing to enforce accountability, even within its own ranks.
