Israel has dropped a bombshell revelation: the so-called “Global Sumud Flotilla,” now sailing toward Gaza with nearly 50 vessels, is not a humanitarian civilian effort but a Hamas-directed operation disguised under foreign activism. Newly uncovered Hamas documents, seized in the Gaza Strip and released by the Israeli Foreign Ministry, directly implicate Hamas leadership and its foreign arm, the PCPA (Palestinian Conference for Palestinians Abroad), in the planning, funding, and execution of the flotilla.

Hamas Abroad: The Terror Embassy Network

While Hamas in Gaza runs the ground war, “Hamas Abroad” handles global agitation and propaganda. Central to this is the PCPA, a body founded in 2018 and already designated as a terror organization by Israel in 2021. Functioning as Hamas’ “embassies,” the PCPA is tasked with mobilizing protests, organizing flotillas, and funding foreign networks under a civilian cover. A 2021 letter signed by Hamas’ political chief Ismail Haniyeh explicitly endorses the PCPA as a partner in the global fight against Israel.

The Flotilla’s Shadow Owners

The newly exposed documents also list PCPA operatives across Europe. Among them:

Zaher Birawi — Hamas’ chief operative in the UK and veteran flotilla organizer.
Saif Abu Kishk — PCPA operative in Spain and CEO of Cyber Neptune, a shell company that secretly owns many of the ships now heading to Gaza.

“This confirms that key assets of the flotilla are effectively owned and controlled by Hamas,” Israel’s Foreign Ministry said, underscoring that the flotilla is no grassroots initiative but a military-adjacent operation camouflaged in peace slogans.

European Complicity and Useful Idiots

Even as Israel reveals these documents, the flotilla sails under the escort of Italian and Spanish naval vessels. The optics are clear: European powers are lending credibility and cover to a Hamas-backed operation. Among its most visible faces is Swedish activist Greta Thunberg, who has placed herself at the center of what now appears to be a Hamas foreign operation. This recalls the infamous 2010 “Mavi Marmara” incident, when so-called humanitarian vessels carried militants and weapons.

PCPA’s Role in the October 7 Aftermath

At a June 2024 PCPA summit in Istanbul, speakers openly celebrated the October 7 massacre, framing it as a catalyst for anti-Israel student uprisings in the United States and a “schism” in Israeli society. The organization rejects the Oslo Accords, undermines the Palestinian Authority, and champions violent “resistance” as the only viable path. Simply put, the PCPA is not an alternative Palestinian voice — it is Hamas’ global wing.

Globalist Media Cover and Prophetic Reality

Predictably, much of the Western press will whitewash this flotilla as a humanitarian convoy. But the evidence now laid bare shows it to be a Hamas-funded, Hamas-owned, Hamas-directed provocation designed to delegitimize Israel and fracture international support for its war against terror. This aligns with the globalist agenda that always seeks to corner Israel diplomatically while empowering Islamist movements.

From a prophetic perspective, these events fall squarely within the warnings of Zechariah 12:3 — when “all the nations of the earth” will gather against Jerusalem. What we see is not just a flotilla — but another coordinated strike in the international campaign to isolate Israel and prepare the stage for the climactic conflicts Scripture has already foretold.
