Candace Owens Fuels Questions
The controversy escalated when conservative commentator Candace Owens revealed she had viewed footage from a missing camera positioned behind Kirk at the time of the assassination. “The video shows no blood and NO sign of an exit wound,” Owens declared. If true, this would fundamentally challenge the FBI’s narrative of a frontal rifle shot fired by alleged lone gunman Tyler Robinson.

Kolvet: ‘A Miracle in the Midst of Tragedy’
In a detailed post on X, Kolvet acknowledged the widespread doubts but reframed the lack of an exit wound as a medical miracle:

“The fact that there wasn’t an exit wound is probably another miracle, and I want people to know.”

Kolvet said he spoke directly with the surgeon who worked on Kirk in the hospital. The doctor admitted the bullet “absolutely should have gone through” based on its caliber and velocity. “This would have taken a moose or an elk down,” the doctor reportedly told Kolvet. “But it didn’t go through. Charlie’s body stopped it.”

According to Kolvet, the surgeon was stunned at Kirk’s bone density and health, calling him “like the man of steel.” The coroner later recovered the bullet lodged just beneath Kirk’s skin. “Even in death,” Kolvet wrote, “Charlie managed to save the lives of those around him.”

Lingering Questions About Missing Footage
While Kolvet insists the lack of an exit wound was miraculous rather than suspicious, he also confirmed another troubling fact: the SD cards were removed from cameras at the scene of the assassination. That revelation only fuels further distrust of the FBI’s account. Why was critical surveillance footage missing? Why did it take a commentator like Candace Owens, rather than law enforcement, to reveal the existence of rear-angle footage?
