The warning came from Vice President Delcy Rodríguez, who accused the Trump administration of staging hostile acts by sending a naval task force—including seven warships and a submarine—into the Caribbean Sea.

Rodríguez Issues Dire Warning
Speaking in Carabobo state, Rodríguez unleashed a fiery tirade against Washington, declaring that the U.S. should focus on solving its own problems and “stay away” from Venezuelan shores. “If the U.S. attempts to attack Venezuela,” she vowed, “it will become their greatest nightmare.” The regime dismissed American allegations of narco-terrorism as “the greatest fraud and immorality,” insisting the accusations were slander against the “noble people” of Simón Bolívar and Hugo Chávez.

Trump Escalates Naval Pressure
The standoff comes after President Donald Trump signed executive orders authorizing direct military engagement with Latin American drug cartels on-site. In response, the Pentagon deployed a strike group into Caribbean waters just off Venezuelan territory.
