The Pentagon is scrambling for answers after more than 8,000 UFO sightings have been reported across the United States in the past three years—many of them describing the same eerie phenomenon: small metallic orbs hovering silently near military installations before vanishing at incredible speeds.

America’s Skies Flooded With Metallic Spheres
The revelations come from Enigma, a crowdsourced platform tracking UFO activity nationwide, which logged 422 separate reports of metallic orbs between December 2022 and June 2025. Eyewitnesses—ranging from civilians to pilots and even military personnel—describe liquid-like spheres hovering motionless before darting away without a sound. The majority of these sightings occurred between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m., with concentrations over New York, California, Arizona, Texas, and Florida.

One Brooklyn witness reported two shimmering orbs floating above Fort Hamilton in June 2024, while another Californian described seeing an orb hanging over Los Angeles moments after a squadron of planes flew past. In Florida this month, visitors at Disney World’s Epcot were stunned as a glowing orb hovered overhead.

Pentagon’s Investigation Yields Few Answers
The All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), the Pentagon’s official UFO task force, has dismissed many orb sightings as birds, drones, balloons, or other natural explanations. But not all can be explained away. In fact, of the 757 UFO cases released in AARO’s annual report covering May 2023 to June 2024, 21 remain unresolved, many involving orbs near critical military sites.

Former AARO director Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick previously confirmed that a U.S. Reaper drone filmed a metallic orb moving across the Middle East in 2022. He issued a chilling warning: if the objects are not extraterrestrial, then they are evidence of foreign adversaries “doing stuff in our backyard.”

That warning gained weight when swarms of drones were spotted over the East Coast in 2024, including near President Trump’s property in New Jersey. Military insiders fear these orbs could be advanced surveillance devices from China or Russia—technologies able to outmaneuver radar and infiltrate U.S. airspace at will.

From WWII to Today: A Persistent Phenomenon
These spheres aren’t just a modern mystery. WWII pilots reported encountering glowing orbs over Europe—what they called “Foo Fighters.” Now, decades later, their return over U.S. military bases raises alarming questions. Enigma confirmed that more than 360 sightings since 2022 occurred within just a few miles of sensitive installations, including Fort Hamilton in New York, Papago Military Reserve in Arizona, and Los Angeles Air Force Base.

The Buga Sphere: Proof On The Ground?
The most shocking evidence comes not from the U.S. but from Colombia. In March 2025, residents of Buga reported a metallic orb hovering over the town before striking a power line and crashing to the ground. Known now as the “Buga Sphere,” the recovered object reportedly contains fiber-optic wiring that suggests it can send and receive signals. Local farmers say the object emitted an energy field so powerful that it scorched the ground, dehydrating soil and killing grass where it landed.

The sphere has since been taken to Mexico for analysis. While skeptics like Dr. Julia Mossbridge of the University of San Diego dismissed it as a “man-made art project,” other researchers insist the wiring proves it is an intelligent craft—whether alien or foreign remains to be seen.

Prophetic Warning or Foreign Threat?
The Pentagon may still be fumbling for explanations, but Bible prophecy has already provided one. Scripture warns of “lying wonders” in the last days (2 Thessalonians 2:9) and warns that deception will be used to prepare mankind for a false savior. Many whistleblowers have tied these UFO sightings to a staged alien invasion scenario—commonly known as Project Blue Beam—that globalist elites could use to unite humanity under a one-world government.

Are these metallic orbs evidence of alien visitation, advanced foreign drones, or part of a larger deception unfolding before our eyes? One thing is certain: America’s skies are no longer our own, and the Pentagon doesn’t have the answers.
