The walls are closing in on Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. A Georgia state court has ordered the embattled prosecutor to provide new information — and possibly conduct a fresh search — in the wake of her refusal to disclose communications related to her RICO case against President Donald Trump and alleged coordination with Special Counsel Jack Smith and the January 6 Committee.
The Judicial Watch Lawsuit
At the heart of this scandal is a public records lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch under Georgia’s Open Records Act (ORA). Last year, the Fulton County Superior Court found Willis in default after she flatly refused to respond to requests for documents linking her office to Jack Smith’s DOJ team and the now-defunct January 6 Committee.
Judicial Watch sought to expose what House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan had already begun probing in 2022: whether Willis’ Trump indictment was orchestrated not in isolation, but in collusion with federal officials pursuing the same political endgame.
The Court’s Order
The court’s latest ruling is damning. It requires Willis “to conduct a diligent search of her records for responsive materials within five business days … and provide Plaintiff with copies of all responsive records that are not legally exempted.” Willis’ office responded with zero new non-public documents, prompting the court to demand more transparency.
Specifically, the court flagged that Willis’ affidavit made no reference to whether searches were conducted on the devices of former Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade — her disgraced ex-lover who resigned in scandal — or Chief Investigator Michael L. Hill, who played a central role in gathering evidence and “likely met with the January 6 Committee.”
A March 7, 2025 order had already directed Willis to release 212 pages of previously withheld records and explain why they had been buried. That disclosure only occurred after what was reportedly the fifth search of her office. Judicial Watch was also awarded $21,578 in attorney’s fees and costs, which Willis’ office paid late.
Collusion Exposed
The central question remains: Was Willis merely running a rogue state-level prosecution, or was she part of a coordinated lawfare strategy directed by the Biden DOJ through Jack Smith’s office? The existence of 212 “belatedly found” documents strongly suggests the latter.
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton has repeatedly warned that the Fulton County RICO indictment against Trump was not only unconstitutional but was effectively a federal operation disguised as a local prosecution. Now, with the court order forcing Willis to disclose more records, that suspicion edges closer to proof.
Weaponized Justice and Prophetic Parallels
This case shines a spotlight on the weaponization of justice in America. Instead of upholding the law impartially, prosecutors like Fani Willis have allowed themselves to become political operatives, waging lawfare against Trump and his supporters. This mirrors the tactics of globalist regimes that use courts and fabricated charges to eliminate opposition.
The Bible warns in Isaiah 59:14: “Justice is turned back, and righteousness stands far away; for truth has stumbled in the public squares, and uprightness cannot enter.” The prophetic warning is clear — when justice systems are corrupted for political gain, judgment follows.
The Globalist Endgame
The Fulton County debacle isn’t simply about one prosecutor’s misconduct. It is part of a larger pattern: criminalizing dissent, silencing opposition, and dismantling constitutional protections in the name of political expedience. The same elites who fund color revolutions abroad are orchestrating a judicial coup at home.
But this court order signals cracks in the facade. Judicial Watch, along with congressional investigators, is forcing transparency and exposing how far the collusion goes. If Willis is compelled to turn over communications proving coordination with Jack Smith, it will confirm what millions already know: the Trump prosecutions are not legal proceedings — they are globalist-engineered show trials.
Conclusion
Fani Willis’ troubles are far from over. The Georgia court has demanded answers she can no longer dodge. Whether the truth emerges in drips or in a flood, the evidence is stacking up: Willis’ RICO case against Trump was never about justice. It was about collusion, lawfare, and the globalist war on sovereignty itself.
