Chairman James Comer (R-KY) announced Monday that the Committee is compelling sworn testimony from these prominent figures, including Bill and Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Robert Mueller, Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, William Barr, and Merrick Garland, among others.
The move marks a dramatic escalation in the GOP-led effort to uncover the truth about Epstein’s powerful network — and the system that protected it.
Unraveling the Elite Protection Racket
These subpoenas aren’t just symbolic. They reflect mounting pressure from both sides of the political aisle to expose how Epstein and his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell were able to operate for decades while under the alleged protection — or willful blindness — of U.S. intelligence and law enforcement agencies.

“It is imperative that Congress conduct oversight of the federal government’s enforcement of sex trafficking laws generally — and specifically its handling of the investigation and prosecution of Mr. Epstein and Ms. Maxwell.”
