In a bombshell interview, CIA Director John Ratcliffe has ignited speculation that former Obama-era officials — including Hillary Clinton, James Comey, and John Brennan — may soon face criminal prosecution for their alleged roles in orchestrating the now-debunked Trump-Russia collusion narrative. According to Ratcliffe, a conspiracy against President Donald Trump and the American people is finally being unraveled, with justice looming for those who weaponized the intelligence community against a sitting president.
The revelations came during a high-profile segment on Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures, where Ratcliffe told host Maria Bartiromo that the Department of Justice is actively investigating referrals involving top-level political operatives from the previous administration — and that the statute of limitations is not an issue due to the ongoing nature of the conspiracy.
“They Conspired Against President Trump”
“There is no doubt in my mind that the people that we just talked about conspired,” Ratcliffe told Bartiromo. “They conspired against President Trump. They conspired against the American people.”
The explosive statement referred to former CIA Director John Brennan, former FBI Director James Comey, and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton — all of whom were central to the launch of the Trump-Russia probe based on what has now been exposed as fabricated intelligence, political opposition research (i.e., the Steele Dossier), and unlawful surveillance.
Ratcliffe explained that criminal referrals made by both himself and current DNI Tulsi Gabbard are forming the backbone of ongoing investigations, now reportedly in the hands of DOJ Special Counsel Pam Bondi and FBI Deputy Director Kash Patel.
A Cover-Up Unraveling
Ratcliffe emphasized that those involved in the hoax have still not admitted wrongdoing, and some are allegedly continuing the conspiracy through media channels, non-profits, and behind-the-scenes influence operations.
“What they did in 2016 and what they did in 2020 was wrong,” said Ratcliffe. “That’s why this is so important, and why I’m excited about what the American people will see very shortly.”
His comments appear to confirm growing speculation that upcoming indictments may be unsealed in coordination with larger investigations into illegal surveillance, FISA abuse, and election interference.
Statute of Limitations? Not a Problem
One key legal concern has been whether too much time has passed to prosecute. Ratcliffe pushed back on this notion, saying: “In a conspiracy, the statute of limitation doesn’t start to run until the last act in furtherance of that conspiracy.”
That means if Clinton, Brennan, or Comey continued to push disinformation or obstruct justice in the years since Trump’s presidency began, the legal clock is still ticking — and their actions remain prosecutable.
Treason? “I’ll Let DOJ Decide”
When asked directly whether the Obama intelligence officials’ actions could rise to the level of treason, Ratcliffe deferred — but pointedly — to the Department of Justice, saying, “I’ll leave it to Pam Bondi and our Department of Justice, Kash Patel and our FBI… to determine what charges they’re capable of bringing.”
In legal circles, conspiracy against rights (18 U.S.C. §241) and sedition have both been floated as possible charges if investigators can prove that intelligence was manipulated to overthrow or undermine the presidency of Donald Trump.
A Biblical Reckoning on the Horizon?
From a prophetic standpoint, many see this moment as a turning of the tide — a long-awaited reckoning for those who have sown deceit and division at the highest levels of power.

Now, as Trump’s second term unfolds, the stone appears to be rolling back.
The Globalist Agenda at Risk
This isn’t just about domestic politics. Brennan and Clinton have both been linked to transnational NGOs, WEF partners, and international intelligence cooperation that extends far beyond U.S. borders. If prosecutions do move forward, they could implicate globalist networks, foreign governments, and media conglomerates that collaborated to engineer the hoax.
