Governor Ron DeSantis signed the Aerial Transparency and Accountability Act into law this week, declaring that “the people of Florida have a right to know what’s being sprayed in their skies.” The legislation requires all public and private airports in the state to disclose detailed flight records for aircraft suspected of participating in aerosol injection, cloud seeding, or weather modification operations—commonly referred to as “chemtrails.”

“No more secrecy. No more denial,” DeSantis stated at the press conference. “Floridians have endured enough strange skies and unexplained illnesses. We are pulling back the curtain on what’s really happening above our heads.”

Mandatory Reporting of Flights Linked to Weather Modification

Under the new law, airports must log and publicly report the following for every non-commercial aircraft entering Florida airspace:

Pilot and crew identification
Manifest of onboard materials
Flight path and altitude data
Purpose of flight, including weather modification or geoengineering intent
Any affiliation with federal agencies, NGOs, or private climate initiatives

Airports and pilots who fail to comply face steep fines and possible grounding of aircraft. The state has also established a task force to investigate potential violations and liaise with whistleblowers within the aviation and defense industries.

DeSantis Defies the Feds and Big Philanthropy

The bill has sparked fierce backlash from the EPA, NOAA, and Department of Defense, all of which maintain that “chemtrails” are a conspiracy theory. Yet documents declassified over the past decade reveal a long history of weather experimentation—some of which occurred without public consent.

Critics point to the involvement of powerful philanthropists like Bill Gates, who has openly funded stratospheric aerosol injection programs through Harvard University and other globalist research institutions.

RFK Jr., who has launched his own Chemtrails Task Force, praised the measure:
