Globalists meet in Stockholm, Sweden from June 12-15, 2025.
The 71st annual Bilderberg Meeting opened Thursday in Stockholm, Sweden, drawing over 120 influential figures from across politics, finance, industry, technology, media, and academia for four days of closed-door talks on issues shaping global governance.
From June 12 to 15, the Grand Hôtel in central Stockholm will host the controversial gathering, long criticized for its secrecy and lack of public accountability. Participants include Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, Palantir’s Alex Karp, Pfizer Chairman Albert Bourla, CNN host Fareed Zakaria, and The Economist editor-in-chief Zanny Minton Beddoes.
According to BilderbergMeetings.org, topics on this year’s agenda include “Depopulation and Migration,” “AI, Deterrence and National Security,” and “Defense Innovation and Resilience.” Other key items include Ukraine, the U.S. and European economies, and the global energy transition.
Despite decades of denial and accusations of conspiracy, the Nordic Times noted that public recognition of the Bilderberg Meeting has grown in recent years, especially as independent media brought visibility to the group’s activities. The event has been held annually since 1954, often blamed by critics for influencing major geopolitical outcomes and economic alignments—including the creation of the European Union and eurozone.
Bilderberg operates under the Chatham House Rule, meaning participants are free to use the information they receive, but may not reveal the identity or affiliation of the speakers. This has fueled suspicion over its role in international affairs, particularly due to recurring participation by U.S. and European officials, central bankers, corporate executives, and editors from major legacy outlets including The New York Times, Politico, The Atlantic, and The Washington Post.
According to The Nordic Times, the gathering remains virtually unreported in corporate media, despite the presence of prominent journalists and editors on the guest list.
The topics for discussion this year are:
Transatlantic Relationship
Ukraine
US Economy
Europe
Middle East
Authoritarian Axis
Defense Innovation and Resilience
AI, Deterrence and National Security
Proliferation
Geopolitics of Energy and Critical Minerals
Depopulation and Migration

This year’s meeting also features representatives from Big Tech (Microsoft, Spotify, DeepMind, Anthropic), defense (Anduril, Saab, Thales), investment giants (Goldman Sachs, Amundi, Citigroup), and legacy royalty, including H.M. the King of the Netherlands. Bilderberg Steering Committee members present include Henri de Castries, Eric Schmidt, Peter Thiel, and Marie-Josée Kravis.
The organization says its goal is to “foster dialogue between Europe and North America.” Still, critics argue that the Bilderberg Meeting has effectively become an unofficial global policy summit without democratic oversight or transparency.
The secretive nature of the gathering—held without public access, press coverage, or on-the-record minutes—continues to draw scrutiny from watchdogs and the public alike.
