MISSOULA, Mont. — The National Guard has been called into help staff the Poverello Center in Missoula.
The state’s largest homeless shelter said in a social media post that the Guard members will help keep the shelter running after staff was forced to quarantine due to close contacts to positive patients.
Duties of Guard members will include assisting with COVID-19 screening, handing out lunches, assisting with check-in procedures and supporting cleaning activities in the building. The assignment is expected to last two weeks. (Click to Source)
